Yes, we are, we start the 23-24 season with news . This year we have decided to launch our loyalty program to give you even more on each of your equipment rentals.
And you may wonder, How does this work? What do I have to do to benefit?
Well, the truth is that we have tried to make it as simple as possible, because what we really want is for you to enjoy the snow, without complications 🎿.
Simply in your bookings made through our website, you will accumulate euros (why call it points if what we all really like is that they give us money 🤑), which you can use in your purchases of material of any kind inour 3 stores in Arinsal 🛍️.
Specifically, you will accumulate 5% of the amount of your reservation excluding the amounts corresponding to forfaits and breakage/loss guarantees.
That is to say, what accumulates euros in your account is the rental of equipment. A 5%!
You will be able to know at any time during the booking process via web, the amount you accumulate with that transaction and you will also be able to check your total balance in your private menu.
The amount you accumulate in your reservation is transferred to your virtual account on our website, the day you pick up the material (day of the beginning of the reservation) and from that moment you can use it in your purchases in any of our 3 stores in Arinsal.
To benefit from the redemption of the accumulated balance, you must make a minimum purchase of 25€ and you will be able to apply all or part of your balance to it.
The accumulated amounts are valid for 18 months to be consumed from the date of accumulation.
At the time of booking via the web, on your digital or physical voucher or via your private menu on the web, you will have information on the amount that this booking has generated and through the web, you will always be able to verify the total accumulated and redemption history.
In addition, of course, in the stores you can ask our team to check your balance or tell them that you want to use the accumulated amount in your purchases.
